Shape the digital future of the pet food market!
As Head of eCommerce (m/f/d) at The Nutriment Company, you will lead our German eCommerce team, develop growth and retention strategies,
and create innovative online experiences.

Own the German eCommerce P&L (~€45M sales) and lead a team of ~25 FTEs.

Drive accelerate growth across all digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

Develop and execute eCommerce strategies, including UX, CRO, SEO/SEM, email, and performance marketing.

Collaborate with Brand, Tech, and Operations teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.

Launch new features, A/B tests, and campaigns to improve retention, conversion, and lifetime value.

Manage relationships with 3rd-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, fulfillment providers).

Make data-driven decisions using analytics, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.

Build and develop a high-performing eCommerce team with a culture of ownership and experimentation.
Hard Skills:

6+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or DTC operations

Proven track record of driving eCommerce growth and meeting revenue targets

Expertise in eCommerce platforms (Shopify), analytics, CRM/email systems

SEO/SEM, UX, CRO, and performance marketing knowledge
