  • Are you ready to shape the future of compensation at EOS? We're looking for a smart, driven, and curious C&B pro who loves turning numbers into impact and who's not afraid to dive into exciting projects that truly matter!
  • Lead the global roll-out of our job architecture – including job evaluation, workday implementation, and training for HR and managers.
  • Support the design and delivery of our pay transparency approach. Conduct equity analyses, coordinate stakeholder input, and lead related communications and trainings.
  • Drive the annual compensation review process with market benchmarks and decision-making tools for leadership.
  • Turn HR data into clear, actionable insights that help us engage employees and drive performance.
  • Own your and our growth – stay ahead of trends through ongoing learning, training, and industry events.

  • 3+ years in international C&B
  • Familiarity with EU pay transparency regulations, job evaluation methodologies and compensation benchmarking practices
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations; experience with HR systems, data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, etc.)
  • Confident communicator, strong project driver, fluent in German and English
