As a member of the V93000 World-wide Performance Digital COE (Center of Expertise) team you will work on cutting-edge technology in close collaboration with the R&D Department, the Customer Support Teams, and the Marketing Organization in a cross-functional environment. You will learn and contribute to developing leading edge semiconductor test solutions and will also work directly with Advantest’s lead customers to bring their products to the market. This is an ideal position for a senior test application engineer, with strong semiconductor testing background and knowledge of the V93000 ATE test system, mostly focusing on digital applications.
