- Manage delivery of AI use cases across domains and global regions
- Coordinate AI use case development in an iterative approach and close collaboration with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Manage AI use case portfolio to drive AI strategy implementation
- Organize and facilitate project management ceremonies to ensure transparency, alignment, progress, and continuous improvement
- Ensure that AI solutions adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements and governance standards
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in tech, innovation, or data- / AI-related domains
- Background in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage
- Proven track record of delivering global projects successfully from idea to implementation
- Strong lateral leadership including the ability to steer service providers and hold project members accountable
- Strong understanding of GenAI, agentic AI and general AI / ML concepts, and passion for new technologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
