Your Team:
You'll join a newly formed, but highly skilled and motivated Engineering team with an Engineering Manager as your counterpart. Reporting to the Director Product Revenue, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, Finance and Client Success and data experts who are passionate about experimenting, innovating, and driving our product mission of enabling people with trusted data.
As Senior Project Manager – Subscription Platform Implementation, you will lead a key business transformation initiative: modernizing our order-to-cash (O2C) stack by taking over and leading our running implementation of a best-in-class subscription management system. Your work will empower teams, reduce manual effort, and lay the foundation for scalable, automated billing and post-sales operations.
- Structure, lead and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of our new subscription platform, aligning business needs with technical delivery in a multi-team setup.
- Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of key project phases such as process requirements gathering, data migration, legacy system decommissioning, and rollout.
- Define, own and optimize target processes for subscription lifecycle management (e.g. invoicing, renewals, upgrades, cancellations), replacing legacy flows with automated, scalable solutions.
- Serve as the bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring technical feasibility and product management mindset in every decision while maintaining a strong customer perspective.
- Manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and communication across a complex stakeholder landscape, while fostering a spirit of collaboration and ownership.
- Act as a change agent, fostering engagement, transparency, and buy-in from all relevant stakeholders while building long-term capabilities around billing and monetization infrastructure.
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of implementing large-scale software systems and replacing legacy platforms.
- Background in product management or experience working closely with product teams, bringing a customer-focused and iterative mindset to complex delivery projects.
- Skilled in translating business needs into scalable processes and system requirements, aligning stakeholders across operations, finance, and technology
- Strong communicator and relationship builder who brings people together, drives accountability, and creates shared ownership in high-stakes projects.
- Confident working in agile environments and comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and continuous learning.
- Structured thinker with a hands-on, outcome-driven approach and a high standard for quality and efficiency.
