We are now looking to further strengthen our Global Sales team with a Key Account Manager with a passion for the wind industry.
In the KAM team, you will be expected to take on the important role of building long-term and successful relationships with your customer. You will be part of an organization dedicated to green energy, with skilled and motivated colleagues around the world.
You will be the main point of contact between Baettr and your wind OEM customer. This will require both strong relationship management and the ability to contribute to optimizing the business together with your customer. We would expect this position to achieve desired growth in accounts, to develop solid key account plans and to monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
You will report to Baettr VP Global Sales and your base could either be in Lem in Denmark, Stade in Germany or Südbrookmerland Ostfriesland also in Germany. There will be a requirement for you to travel.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding the relationship with one of the large OEM customers.
- Form and maintain a close association and collaboration with various business departments in Baettr and at the Customer.
- Lead optimization projects with key stakeholders from the customer.
- Perform market and customer studies as well as risk and opportunity analyses.
- Be responsible for strategy input, strategy development and account plan execution.
You have experience from Key Account Management and/or Project Management, preferably in the wind industry. You have a solid commercial understanding with a flair and interest for technical aspects. You are a strategic thinker with the ability not only to create an overview, but also to have a good insight. Keeping focus, prioritizing, and structuring your tasks are key attributes. All this together with a proactive approach, strong communication and presentation skills, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships, you can drive your activities to reach successful conclusions.
