Aurora Live Network by Management Events sucht dich als Event Content & Speaker Engagement Director, um unser dynamisches Team zu verstärken und inspirierende Inhalte sowie Erlebnisse für das Aurora Live Business Network zu gestalten.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative content for our physical and virtual events. You will identify suitablespeakers and case studies that are most relevant to our target audience, exchange ideas with them on topics of particular interest, and maintain relationships bycoaching, preparing and providing feedback to speakers before the events.
Your success will be measured by implementing projects within the planned time frame with the highest quality and innovative strength and actively contributing to the overall success of the business unit. You work with a clear commercial view, set clear goals and work towards shared results.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Speaker Acquisition: Du identifizierst und gewinnst hochkarätige Sprecherinnen aus den Bereichen IT, Digitalisierung und Cybersecurity als Keynote-Speaker und Panelistinnen für unsere deutschen Flagship-Events sowie für ausgewählte virtuelle Inhalte unserer Aurora Live Business Network Mitglieder.
- Beziehungsmanagement: Du baust Beziehungen zu hochkarätigen Sprecher*innen auf und pflegst sie nachhaltig. Dabei verknüpfst du deren Expertise mit den relevantesten Themen für unser Publikum.
- Topic development & scripting: You will observe current trends, hot topics and industry pains and translate them into exciting session formats and discussions that deliver real added value.
- Strategic collaboration: You'll work closely with our customer delivery and marketing teams to align topics and speaker preferences with event goals.
- Content & Speaker Collaboration: You will support speakers in preparing and developing narratives that ensure relevance and market resonance.
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Konferenzproduktion, Content-Kuration oder Speaker-Akquise (idealerweise im deutschen Tech- oder Industriesektor).
- Demonstrable success in attracting top speakers (VP/C level) from leading companies or public institutions.
- Good understanding of the German corporate and innovation landscape – including key players in software, industry, mobility and digital transformation.
- Very good communication skills in German and English (written and oral).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time. Initial management experience or the clear will to take on leadership responsibility are a plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for business, technology, innovation and strategic leadership.
