- Solution development: Support our sustainability teams (e.g., Decarbonization) in developing new tools and solutions to reduce our impact on people and planet
- Strategy Support: Assist in developing strategies to drive sustainability impact across our business units and support them in achieving their ambitions
- Sustainability projects: Contribute and work on strategic sustainability projects
- Analysis & Reporting: Perform ad-hoc data analyses and assist with the team's regular reporting, ensuring that the transformation progress is tracked and communicated

- Sustainability projects: Contribute and work on strategic sustainability projects

- You are an enrolled student (Bachelor's 2nd year or higher / Master students) in a relevant field e.g. Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management
- You are passionate about sustainability and climate action – you stay informed on green innovations and are eager to make a difference
- You have strong organizational and first project management skills, with the ability to structure tasks, and drive initiatives forward independently and in collaboration with the team
- Open communicator: You have a strong level of English and can articulate information clearly. You're collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment
- Prior experience (internships, student projects) in sustainability, project management, strategy, or consulting areas is nice to have, but motivation and willingness to learn matter most.
- You are an enrolled student (Bachelor's 2nd year or higher / Master students) in a relevant field e.g. Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management
- You are passionate about sustainability and climate action – you stay informed on green innovations and are eager to make a difference
- You have strong organizational and first project management skills, with the ability to structure tasks, and drive initiatives forward independently and in collaboration with the team
