  • Disciplinary and technical leadership for the team, including task coordination and resource planning
  • Testing and assessment of functional safety systems for our national and international customers
  • Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of functional safety systems and components in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
  • Building and expanding the team's capacity and expertise
  • Close coordination with other team leads and department management, especially regarding the coordination of projects including HW and SW parts.

  • Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or in the development of safety components or systems (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
  • Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities
  • Decisive action and enthusiasm for innovation
  • Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork, with a focus on long-term business success
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)
  • Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
