Now we offer a position in our Financial Technology Department
IT Application Maintenance (m/w/d)
- Participating in the development and maintenance of local banking systems and related applications
- Responsible for business requirement management. Analyze local system business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions
- Collaborate with operation and support team to ensure system stability and performance
- Responsible for supporting Head Office application project implementation
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Continuously optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT development; experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Proficiency in mainstream programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and database (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) technologies
- Experience with data analysis and related tools (e.g. SQL, Excel Python, etc.)
- Experience in system administration on both Windows and Linux platforms
- Familiarity with banking business processes (e.g. payment systems)
- Fluency in English and German for daily communication and writing technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
