Expert (m/w/d) SAP Application Support Clinical Supply


In this multifaceted role, you will be the crucial link between our operational teams and technical experts, ensuring smooth system performance and optimal process support.

  • Operational Support: Analyse and resolve daily business issues, assisting end users directly.
  • Liaison Role: Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Incident Management: Identify and prioritise critical issues, develop solutions, and escalate to IT if required.
  • Training & Change Management: Train new employees, introduce new processes and functions, and drive change initiatives.
  • SAP Change Process: Gather and document requirements, coordinate and execute testing, and manage change requests.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Clinical Supply processes and systems.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain SOPs, collaborate on technical documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide, install, maintain, and validate equipment such as SAP printers and production laptops

  • University degree in natural sciences or IT (SAP-related background preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Clinical Supply and/or with SAP systems
  • SAP expertise, ideally across multiple modules
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written English skills; verbal English skills are an advantage
  • Structured, precise, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Organisational talent and self-motivation
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of GxP requirements; familiarity with specific IMP requirements is an asset
