We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients in line with our strategic positioning, building long-term partnerships, and expanding our market presence—primarily within the European region.
This position requires a solid understanding of EMS, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with the global strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe
- Take ownership of business revenue, project margin levels, and sales forecasts
- Identify, target, and engage potential customers in key industries such as industrial, medical, energy, communications, automotive, and others
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—engineering, production, and supply chain—to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and emerging trends in the EMS sector
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
- Prepare and deliver tailored, persuasive sales presentations and proposals based on client-specific needs
- Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and processes
- Education: completed university studies in Business Engineering or a related field
- Experience and Knowledge: at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the EMS industry or related sectors (e.g., electronics, PCB manufacturing, contract manufacturing); proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in competitive market; strong technical understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships; self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently; willingness to travel as needed, primarily within Europe
- Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus
