- Responsible for sales expansion of FTTX (Fiber to the Home) turnkey solutions in the German market, independently identifying and exploring collaboration opportunities with telecommunications operators, municipal authorities, utility companies, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies.
- Follow up on customer projects, coordinate internal and external company resources, and drive processes including bidding, quotation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing.
- Establish and maintain a local customer relationship network, acquire project information, track project progress, and drive cooperation to implementation.
- Participate in the development of marketing and branding strategies for the German region, providing localization recommendations to enhance the company's influence.
- Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and the competitive landscape, providing local market analysis and sales forecasts to management.
- Assist in establishing a local sales and delivery team in Germany, laying the foundation for subsequent localized operations.

Relevant experience in turnkey/EPC projects, preferably in sales, budgeting, or procurement within telecom operators or EPC companies.

Solid understanding of the FTTx market (especially FTTH) and familiarity with the German telecom, municipal, and utility sectors.

Proven ability to independently develop customers, follow up on projects, and lead commercial negotiations while coordinating internal and external resources.

Strong communication skills, market awareness, and capability to provide localization insights for the German market.

Fluency in both German and English; valid driving license preferred.
