As Director of Marketing, you will lead Shark Beauty's marketing strategy and execution across Germany and serve as a key voice in shaping our approach to consumers in the region. Based in Frankfurt, you'll act as both a commercial driver and cultural ambassador, ensuring Shark Beauty resonates with diverse regional audiences while supporting our global growth strategy.
This highly visible role requires a balance of strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, local expertise, commercial rigor, and team leadership to build brand connection and deliver measurable growth.
- 10+ years of marketing experience at a multinational beauty or personal care company, with at least 5 years in a regional or general management role across Dach markets
- Deep understanding of regional culture, consumer preferences, and retail environments
- Experience influencing global organizations and adapting global playbooks to regional realities
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel across the region and to HQ as needed
