Securing energy – now and for the future.
- Project engineer in the fields of electrical engineering, measurement and control technology (EMSR) for SEFE storage projects within existing gas storage facilities and the JemgumH2 project, with a focus on electrical energy technology
- Involvement in the development of EMSR requirements for projects to ensure efficient storage operation and compliance with corporate goals in the context of energy transformation
- Assuming responsibility in project organization
- Managing and coordinating engineering firms and other service providers and suppliers during the planning, installation, and commissioning of EMSR components
- Reviewing and optimizing reports, specifications, and services, and ensuring compliance with requirements from guidelines, standards, regulatory, and SEFE specifications
- Responsibility for costs, budgets, and deadlines within the assigned area of responsibility
- Managing the interfaces between the EMSR department and other disciplines
- Technical negotiations with suppliers and service providers, development of contract strategies, support of purchasing in commercial negotiations
- Construction/commissioning supervision for EMSR topics may be required on site
- University degree (Uni/FH) in electrical or automation engineering or a comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience as a project manager with a focus on electrical engineering and process control technology
- Sound knowledge of project management
- Sound knowledge of the specific requirements for EI&C and process control technology on underground gas storage facilities (ATEX, SIL)
- Knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and guidelines
- Knowledge of the requirements of the KRITIS regulation is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, structured and independent way of working with high quality standards
- Willingness to travel on business (approx. 3-4 times per months)
- IT skills (Word, Excel, MS-Project, PowerPoint)
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
- Class B driving license
