Join our team as we develop high-precision, integrated MEMS pressure sensors for smartphones and wearables. We lead innovative engineering projects from the initial concept phase to high-volume mass production. Our industry-leading products enable centimeter-level altitude measurements for applications such as indoor navigation, fitness tracking, and E911 emergency localization.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in MEMS, ASIC, and package development to advance our high-end pressure sensor technology
  • Utilize your diverse background to quickly identify and resolve design issues and product failures
  • Drive technical decisions and facilitate communication between different development areas
  • Provide technical solutions to both team members and customers
  • Analyze data to draw insightful, data-driven conclusions by modeling, characterizing, and validating our sensors

  • Personality: Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills, dedication, customer orientation, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Working Style: Structured, independent, and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Committed to expanding your methodological knowledge.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Strong background in sensing system design, characterization, and validation. Hands on experience with data analysis and statistical tools. Profund understanding of sensing principles, signal processing, MEMS/ASIC design, technology, packaging, and testing is essential.
  • Enthusiasm: A strong interest and passion for tackling diverse engineering challenges.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Education: A technical degree in physics, electrical engineering, microsystem technology, or a related field.
