- Develop and manage the planning and scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at the wind farm.
- Ensure cranes are available and scheduled efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of necessary components and equipment.
- Maintain constant communication with Site Manager and site teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather changes, equipment availability, or unforeseen issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide daily and weekly updates.
- Optimize resource usage to reduce costs without compromising on safety or efficiency.
- Previous experience in resource and crane planning, preferably in renewable energy projects or construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unforeseen changes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and levels of management.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
- Experience in wind farm operations is highly desirable.
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandatory; Spanish language skills are desirable
