- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school
- Collaborate with the extended leadership team to drive and implement the school's strategic initiatives
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, inclusion, and innovation
- Lead and support a diverse team of educators and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with local and international educational standards
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners
- Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Actively contribute to student recruitment through outreach, consultation, and engagement with prospective families
- Represent the school in public forums and with educational authorities
- You hold a recognized teaching qualification, such as the First and Second State Examinations or an equivalent international credential, and bring solid classroom experience
- You have proven leadership experience within a school setting, demonstrating competence in pedagogical guidance as well as organizational and administrative responsibilities - ideally in an international or bilingual school environment
- You possess native-level proficiency in either German or English and communicate confidently and professionally in the other language
- You bring strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
