Wir sind ein dynamisch wachsendes Mitglied in einer global agierenden Unternehmens-Gruppe mit Schwerpunkt in der Werkzeugmaschinenindustrie. Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben Hochleistungsbearbeitungszentren, Draht- und Senkerodieren-Maschinen mit Systemtechnik für Kunden in der Automobilindustrie, der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie in verschiedenen Zweigen der Investitionsgüterindustrie.
- You provide technical support and advisory services to our business users in various departments with a focus on SAP FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, PS and OM (Finance, Controlling, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Project Management, Organization Management)
- You integrate other software and systems into the SAP environment, e.g. CRM, PLM
- You manage the change management process and perform functional, acceptance and integration tests within the SAP environment, working with users as appropriate
- You coordinate external consultants with IT and internal departments
- You support projects and implement subprojects, such as SAP optimization projects, release and/or version change
- You create and implement a Key User Program, support key users, perform general administrative tasks like ticket management, user account management, SAP authorizations, and master data management
- You identify opportunities for optimizing business processes
- You conduct training courses and create training materials
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the support of SAP R/3 and/or S/4 Hana in a comparable function and industry
- You have experience with other business systems, e.g. Sales Force (CRM) and Windchill (PLM), which is desirable
- You possess a good general understanding of business administration
- You have experience in project and change management
- You have good German (at least B2) and very good English skills, spoken and written, at least level C1
- You have advanced Excel knowledge and knowledge of the user-specific settings in the SAP solution, which is desirable
- You show initiative, independence, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and are an independent learner able to acquire new knowledge
- You have a strong customer-orientation and a desire to support the business
