We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Kassel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Central interface between SEFE and business partners (customers, consultants, etc.)
  • Responsible for the strategic management and expansion of business with existing business partners. In line with SEFE's overall market approach and strategy.
  • Identification and development of new business partners. Including the active procurement of products and delivery models that are of commercial benefit to SEFE.
  • Creating documentation of our strategic approach in CRM (Account Planning), including documentation of contacts (e.g. phone calls, emails, notes...) in the CRM system
  • Preparing and conducting meetings, negotiations, fairs and events and negotiating contracts and offers until closing (following all internal rules and guidelines)
  • Analyzing and monitoring the European energy market and geopolitical developments in order to be a valuable interlocutor for business partners. Excellent knowledge of product pricing, market price levels and market fundamentals.
  • Providing a continuous flow of information from the market to our internal organization. Market feedback and analysis.
  • Participation in the development of marketing products including testing their marketability
  • Key account management and international customer responsibility

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management / Sales Management , International Business / International Management or comparable qualification
  • Proven long-term business experience
  • Sound experience in strategic (international) account management
  • Knowledge of commodity trading (e.g. energy and financial products) Energy and financial products)
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more natural gas and electricity markets, including specific requirements and regulations
  • Relationship manager with strong commercial thinking
  • Strong analytical and excellent numerical skills
  • Integrity and ability to reach agreements
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
