DulcoLax is the world's leading laxative brand and a trusted name in digestive health. We empower consumers to feel their best by providing reliable, science-backed solutions for digestive wellness. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, market-leading team and drive the success of a brand that is beloved by consumers. We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and decisive Brand Manager to lead DulcoLax across Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland. You'll be responsible for managing the brand's performance, market share, and equity across three diverse markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute localized brand strategies aligned with global priorities and tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Market Prioritization & Planning: Balance resources and initiatives across three countries, ensuring high-impact activities are prioritized based on market potential and business needs.
  • Commercial Performance: Own the brand P&L, driving sales and profitability through effective marketing, pricing, and innovation strategies.
  • Consumer & Market Insight: Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and ensure relevance with diverse consumer segments.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Adapt and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.

About you:

  • Experience: Proven experience in brand management, ideally within OTC, FMCG, or healthcare sectors. Knowledge in managing P&L and working in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple markets effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven, consumer-centric marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and/or French is required; Dutch is a plus. English is the working language.
