Location: Düsseldorf
Department: Group Innovation – Innovation Department
Working hours: up to 20 hours/week
Start: Immediately or by agreement
- Design and creation of digital mockups (e.g., physical products, packaging, print templates)
- Visualization of product ideas based on rough concepts, sketches, or briefings
- Designing landing pages, brand designs and presentations
- Developing innovative (online) marketing visuals
- Research on current design and technology trends
- Participation in the development of new product and service ideas
- Promotion of innovative thinking within the WEPA Group
Qualifications: Enrolled in a design-oriented degree program (e.g., product design, industrial design, visual communication) or comparable design experience
Knowledge & Experience:
- You are already able to design digital mockups of physical products
- Knowledge of (online) marketing is an advantage
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Interest and initial experience in the use of AI-supported design tools

- Creative, strong conceptual skills and a good eye for design, typography and details
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented

- High level of creativity and design skills
- Communicative and enjoy tackling new topics
- Interest in developing innovative products and services

Language: Fluent in English, German is a plus
