  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Budget Management: Oversee operational and project budgets, monitor actuals vs. plan, and provide insights into risks and deviations
  • Costing & Margin Analysis: Deliver standard cost rollups, variance analysis, and cost allocations to support manufacturing and commercial strategy
  • Operational Finance Oversight: Partner with site teams to implement cost control frameworks across material, method, machine, and manpower dimensions
  • Fixed Asset & Investment Management: Manage Capex planning, asset tracking, and investment evaluations (ROI, IRR, Payback), including post-investment reviews
  • Working Capital Optimization: Improve inventory turnover, monitor AR aging and collection risks, and ensure disciplined AP practices
  • Compliance & External Liaison: Ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements; act as key contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
  • Group Finance Collaboration: Coordinate with Group Finance and Shared Services to drive process improvements and leverage shared resources
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including R&D reporting
  • Vendor Management for Reporting: Manage third-party service providers supporting financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant report delivery

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is favourable
  • Experience in similar roles with the ability to work independently
  • Proven experience in operational finance in manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS; basic knowledge in local European accounting standards and tax regulations is highly advantageous
  • Experience with financial systems implementation and process improvement
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience in engaging cross-cultural teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external parties
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language, such as German, being highly advantageous
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Europe
