Unifeeder A/S is seeking a driven and proactive team member for our Hamburg office, and we are looking for candidates who are proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) and English.
Working in our Customer Excellence team at Unifeeder
You will join a young, independent, and multi-cultural Customer Excellence team of 4-5 members in Hamburg. With our strong team spirit, open culture, and commitment to customer centricity, we value collaboration and are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and at the same time a problem solver who can think outside the box.
As a Customer Excellence Specialist, you will join a team of experts dedicated to gaining deep insights into customer requirements and enhancing their loyalty to Unifeeder.
You will drive the reinvention of how Customer Service is positioned within Unifeeder departments and interacts with Capacity Management, Sales, Operations, etc.
This position is based in Hamburg, Germany, and we are seeking candidates who are already residing in or are willing to relocate to Hamburg.
You will report to the Manager of Customer Excellence and collaborate across our different teams and functions in Unifeeder.

- Interact with customers through various channels
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Identify and communicate potential improvements in customer experience
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent and high level of customer service
- Assist with new product roll-outs and initiatives related to customer service
You have experience with customer service, customer excellence, or a similar field for a minimum of 2-3 years. Experience with the container shipping business is a plus.
Additionally, we expect you to have:
- Proficiency in English and one of the mentioned Scandinavian languages at a negotiation level (both verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
