Test System Developer (m/f/d)
Join our innovative Test System Development team, a vital part of our R&D organization. We are responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge test systems used globally in R&D and Production. These systems are crucial in delivering state-of-the-art products. We are looking to bolster our team with a skilled test system developer with a strong understanding of both hardware and software development. Our cross-functional development team focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Design, develop and implement test systems for mobile communication base station antennas
- Act as requirements gateway between the test technology team and the test system development team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Be the interface between the hardware and software team
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of the test systems
- Ensure performance, reliability and quality standards of the test systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and tools
- Involved in software development for test systems
- Master-s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related qualification
- Proven experience in hardware development and software programming (C++, C#)
- Experience with measurement devices related to RF(FR1)
- Basic understanding of radio frequency technology
- Team collaboration skills, with high social competence
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- German language skills will be considered a plus
