We're looking for an IT Business Analyst SAP SD to join our global IT team. In this role, you will drive the digital transformation of Hilti by translating business needs into innovative, user-centric, and sustainable IT solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape seamless customer experiences by combining mobile, cloud, and on-premise technologies – all integrated into our modern SAP S/4HANA backend.

As an IT Business Analyst SAP SD, you will play a key role in driving product innovation by translating business requirements into valuable, user-centric, and sustainable digital solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of Hilti's business processes and related IT systems, while creating and maintaining user stories that reflect the full end-to-end user journey. You'll collaborate on designing and refining solution architectures and product features, actively contributing to backlog grooming, testing, and issue resolution in an agile environment. In addition to development work, you'll support the full product lifecycle by monitoring solution adoption, providing support through ServiceNow, managing tickets and troubleshooting issues. You'll identify opportunities for product improvements, manage software releases, and coordinate technical maintenance. Finally, you'll contribute to the global Business Analyst community by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and continuously improving our ways of working.

What you need is:
- Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ERP modules, ideally SAP SD.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect, inspire, and influence stakeholders globally.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Agile thinking, analytical problem-solving, and openness to change and emerging technologies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
