Instructional Designer (f/m/d) - Learning
- Design blended learning experiences that incorporate course materials, animations, videos, and interactive digital content.
- Partner with subject matter experts to define learning goals and enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Develop storyboards and scripts that translate complex topics into engaging learning narratives.
- Produce and edit video-based learning assets using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Synthesia.
- Create visually compelling content using PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Administer and update learning modules within the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
- Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Media, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- Passion for learning and developing innovative learning concepts.
- Proven project management experience in large international companies.
- Solid understanding of LMS platforms and user-centered design principles for digital learning.
- Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for tasks – you identify needs early, drive topics independently, and bring in fresh ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in German and English.
