With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Liner Shipping segment, the Company has around 13.500 employees and 400 offices in 139 countries. Hapag-Lloyd has a container capacity of 11.9 million TEU – including one of the largest and most modern fleets of reefer containers. A total of 114 liner services worldwide ensure fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports across the world. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
As a working student in our team, you will work closely with our product owners and cross-functional teams to support the launch, development, and performance of our products. You'll have the opportunity to work on your own and take initiative in your tasks. We're seeking a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is comfortable reaching out to others to get things done. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our product owners to drive the development of their products
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of workshops
- Writing meeting minutes and ensuring effective communication between team members
- Supporting the creation of presentations and other communication materials
- Preparing and coordinating internal communication activities around our products
- Coordinating marketing activities related to our products with our Digital Marketing team in Hamburg
- Creating and updating training materials for new products in collaboration with our Global Training Management Team in India
- Keeping training materials related to our products up-to-date and ensuring they are easily accessible to our stakeholders
- Preparing reports on products' turnover, performance, and other key objectives
- Developing questionnaires and surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders and increase the value of our products
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree with a focus on logistics, communications, business administration, supply chain, technology, engineering, or another degree with ties to general B2B communications or digitalization
- Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English, with the ability to create clear and concise meeting minutes, training materials, and reports
- In addition to your very good Excel and PowerPoint skills, you are interested in further developing your skills in using BI & Agile Project Management tools
- You like to work analytically and are interested in linking data to operational processes
- You just don't set goals, you pursue them and have successfully completed them in the past
- Experience in marketing coordination or SharePoint is a plus
- Able to commit to working 20 hours per week
