For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for a Working Student Accounts Payable Germany (m/f/d) on a part-time basis in Berlin. The duration of the contract is 12 months, and you can expect to work an average of 20 hours per week.

Your challenge:

  • Support the Accounts Payable core processes such as processing invoices
  • Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement
  • Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise from the team
  • Work on projects in the areas of automatization, optimization, and digitalization


Bring in your strengths:

  • Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or comparable course of studies with a focus on financials
  • Proactive, structured, and an eye for details
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Conscientious working style, strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, German is an advantage
  • First experience with SAP is an advantage
