We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) to support our global Content Operations team in language data management activities and the development of future-proof data-based workflows, enabling various business use cases around our medical product portfolio.

  • Multilingual Content Management: Assist in maintaining and standardizing technical content across multiple languages to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Data Management: Support the testing, processing and analysis of language data and workflows to enhance content quality, efficiency, and user experience

  • Asset Management: Help manage linguistic assets ensuring they are properly tagged and ready to support AI-based workflows and use cases

  • Terminology Management: Support the development and maintenance of a central terminology database, including efficient workflows to standardize language use across the enterprise

  • Evaluation Tasks: Design and run content evaluation activities to assess quality and identify areas for improvement


  • Enrolled in relevant degree program, such as computational linguistics, language technology, translation, terminology or similar courses

  • Familiar with technical writing and translation principles and relevant tools, such as Translation Management Systems, Content Component Management Systems, UX/UI Design tools

  • Basic knowledge of terminological principles, ontology, knowledge systems and data bases

  • Ideally a basic understanding of data-based content design and translation processes

  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
