Become part of the 4flow controlling team. Dive into the world of analyses, reports and key figures for a leading global provider of supply chain consulting, software and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services. We are looking for a new team member at our offices in Berlin or Dusseldorf.


  • Financial analysis and reporting – preparing and evaluating KPIs as a basis for decision-making for management
  • Optimization of business processes – developing existing controlling instruments and introducing new analytical tools
  • Reporting and data management – optimizing existing reports and creating new ones
  • Target/as-is analysis – carrying out sales, cost and variance analyses to evaluate the company's development
  • Budgeting and forecasting – driving budget planning and forecasting processes; ensuring alignment with strategic goals through continuous analysis and insights
  • Proactive collaboration – keeping close interchange with specialized departments, business line managers and the management

  • You already have approximately four years of experience in controlling or FP&A.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or an apprenticeship with relevant controlling experience.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT and data, along with advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Queries, Power Automate).
  • You have an independent and structured way of working and high-quality standards.
  • Your strong communication skills in English ensure effective collaboration.
