Required duties:
1. System Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze current systems, identify technology and process gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess and enhance the IT environment.
- Configure SAP Business One (SBO) modules to meet business needs, including financials, inventory, sales, and purchasing.
- Develop and enforce processes for optimal use of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth and accurate data flows.
- Coordinate with regional consultants and developers for seamless implementation.
- Provide systems expertise and task breakdowns needed for improvements.
Essential Responsibilities:
2. Operations & Support:
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations and act as the primary contact for external service providers.
- Support daily operations to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.
- Support the rollout of new technologies and communicate project status clearly to all stakeholders.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
- Support monitoring and management of transactions and interfaces.
- Support data migration and integration efforts between SBO and other systems.
- Configure SBO modules to meet business needs, including financials, inventory, sales, and purchasing.
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One (SBO) users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement using SBO capabilities.
Additional Advantages:
- Develop and execute test plans for new or updated integrations to validate functionality and performance.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits, cleansing, and validation.
- Provide technical support outside regular working hours as needed.

3. Project Leadership & Management
- Lead or co-lead complex digital and IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective team guidan ce.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and available resources.
- Lead project teams to implement IT solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Support Regional SBO efforts and ensure timelines are synchronized.
- Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or equivalent qualification; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Several years of hands-on experience in IT operations with a strong focus on SAP Business One (SBO)
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP Business One, especially in financials, inventory, sales, and purchasing modules
- Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing IT systems and business processes
- Strong collaboration skills working with internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams
- Comfortable troubleshooting, monitoring systems, and managing incidents
- Experience supporting end users and conducting training sessions
- Fluent in English, German language skills, useful for communication but not essential
