With the acquisition by ZEISS of Ncam-tech tracking specialist in 2023 and the launch of the new ZEISS Cincraft Scenario real time camera tracking solution, we are looking to recruit a Product Specialist. This role will be a fundamental part of our strategy to disseminate knowledge of Cincraft Scenario, implement and establish successfully CinCraft Scenario in the EMEA market to all parties.

  • Act as a mentor for other product specialists both at ZEISS and at dealers / distributors

  • Create, manage and deliver a global “Training program” across CinCraft Scenario for both internal & external parties (employees, customers, resellers & partners) including comprehensive documentation, quickstart guides, tutorials, syllabuses and online / remote webinar training

  • Support marketing for making this training program available via the CinCraft Academy – be the product mentor of marketing department

  • Beta Program support – build and maintain a comprehensive network of industry professionals (mainly at customer side) that are able to support product testing and feedback

  • Being a conduit link between Product Management, R&D, PS & Sales team, responsible for the dissemination of product knowledge & feedback back and forth between the groups

  • Product testing for all new CinCraft Scenario products and versions

  • Assist and deliver on Special Projects as a Virtual Production Supervisor / Guru

  • Customer installation, training, planning and delivery as and when required


  • Film school, Media studies or similar (Bachelor)

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the broadcast or film production markets

  • Strong knowledge of professional camera technology or virtualised production

  • Photography background and understanding of optics/physics is fundamental

  • Engineering profile and computer literate – competent with computer and camera hardware

  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows Operating systems

  • Working knowledge of VFX and Computer graphics a benefit (Vizrt, Orad, UE4, Unity, Motionbuilder, Maya, 3DStudioMax, Nuke, Photoshop)

  • Good team player, who is self-motivated and autonomous

  • Able to travel extensively and work away from home base

  • Fluent English, other foreign language is a plus
