You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, and develop new business solutions and digital products:

  • Product Ownership:
    • Feel and take ownership of the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
    • Develop user stories based on a deep understanding of customer/user needs and run the whole process until value creation
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements
    • Work with internal/external teams to define, design, and develop solutions that add value to customers and users
    • Foster strong with global stakeholders from business to IT, from security to customers and users of the applications
  • User-Centric Design:
    • Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that digital products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Sucess ensurance and data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital products and programs. Feel and be responsible for value creations
    • Ensure all necessary steps for value creation are taken – from development to process changes, to training needs and culture development all the way to KPI/incentive adjustments

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
  • You have 5-10 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar
  • Strong hands-on experience in working with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting and in collaboration with existing processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital product development, preferably in areas such as software, mobile apps, or web platforms.
  • A strongly driven pragmatic and hands-on person who is ready to go the extra mile and does what is necessary to make the product a success
  • Strong team player with a track record of making teams successful and putting joint goals ahead of personal goals
