Are you a student, eager to gain hands-on experience in IT process documentation and modeling? We are looking for a proactive student assistant to join our team and help us enhance our IT processes. In this role, you will:
- Transform existing process documentation into structured ARIS process models, creating detailed process chains that improve clarity and efficiency; your contributions will help us maintain an organized and streamlined representation of our IT processes
- Work closely with process owners to understand and interpret existing documentation. Your ability to analyze information independently will be key in ensuring that our process models accurately reflect the needs and goals of the organization
- Classify and align processes within the IT4IT framework, guaranteeing compliance with established standards and guidelines; your attention to detail will aid us uphold consistency and reliability across our IT processes
- Engage in learning opportunities, keeping up with the latest trends and practices in IT process modeling
- Qualification: You are a registered student in the field of economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Experience: You have initial experience with process documentation and flowchart modeling through internships and working student activities
- Know-how and skills: First experiences with ARIS, Confluence, or SAP desirable
- Personality: You work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility; you possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Languages: You are fluent in English; German is a plus
