This is an 0.75 full-time equivalent position, based on a fixed-term contract with a term of three years, with the option of renewal. Remuneration is in accordance with pay grade E13 of the German public-sector collective agreement, TV-L; the salary step depends on your qualifications and experience. What we seek You are a highly motivated masterâs graduate with an excellent degree in business administration, economics, information systems or a field of study related to our research interests. Preliminary part-time employment up to 0.5 full-time equivalent in line with pay grade E12 TV-L may be arranged temporarily for candidates who have not yet completed their masterâs thesis. Excellent analytical skills and a keen interest in core research topics of the chair such as how science leads to innovation, innovation in the data economy, governance of open and collaborative organisations and/or strategic alliances. Willingness to approach complex practical problems with analytical (quantitative-empirical) methods and to learn or deepen new methods. Initial experience with empirical-quantitative research methods would be advantageous, as your work will draw on quantitative firm- or individual-level data. Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, and the motivation to work on a research project independently, diligently and under pressure. Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
