Managing projects in the context of the global FIT4 Program (driving the implementation of S4/HANA) for the workstream Sales & Services within ZEISS Consumer Markets segment

Taking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment and IT experts (e.g. Global Pricing, After Sales Services, Product Catalogue)

Defining system requirements, exploring implementation options, and overseeing distributed IT and process architecture (e.g. Sales Order Input and Sales Order Routing; MTO/MTS)

Evaluating and integrating sales processes into ZEISS Global Templates and rollout

Managing project plans, monitoring progress, identifying deviations, integrating local needs into global templates and ensuring stakeholder alignment

Aligning the transformation process with ongoing projects within the segment

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields

Strong experience in leading projects with reference in Sales and Customer Relationship Management as well as expertise in global rollouts of IT systems and change management processes

Proficiency in ERP systems, especially in Sales and Marketing Systems combined with a comprehensive understanding in IT Architecture with SAP and non-SAP landscape (Salesforce CRM, SAP S/4 SD, others)

Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach

Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentor teams through strong communication skills

Excellent English skills, German proficiency is a plus
