Your Role:

As Vice President Global Marketing and Product Management Automotive Aftermarket (m/f/d), you will assume a key leadership role with worldwide responsibility for the strategic direction, development, positioning, and market launch of our product portfolio in the automotive aftermarket. In this pivotal position, you will drive cross-functional collaboration between product development, marketing, sales, and customer success—with the clear objective of creating sustainable customer value, strengthening market presence, and advancing global growth. You will lead the product and brand strategy both internally and externally, actively shaping the ongoing development of our market presence on an international scale.

Your Challenge:

  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team across multiple regions
  • Develop and execute a clear, global product and marketing strategy aligned with overarching business objectives
  • Own the global product portfolio, including vision, roadmap, and full lifecycle management
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape a forward-looking, differentiated product strategy
  • Drive successful go-to-market initiatives and integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term retention
  • Define and implement KPIs and performance frameworks to measure product success, adoption, and impact on business growth
  • Collaborate with R&D/engineering teams to deliver market-ready, innovative products on time and within budget.
  • Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and external communications with a unified global message
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to enable revenue growth through effective value propositions, strategic messaging, and market positioning

Your Profile:

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration, digital transformation, marketing or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience: 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management and marketing roles, with a proven global track record.
  • Professional Experience:
    • Proven track record of successfully launching products in global markets
    • Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and marketing best practices
    • Strong knowledge of the global automotive aftermarket, including key trends, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Personality:
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across all hierarchy levels
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
    • Ability to travel internationally as required.
