Now we offer a position (m/w/d) in our Transaction Banking Department.
Junior Product Specialist Cash Management (m/w/d)
- Strategically plan, develop, and market products and services of Cash Management (e.g. Cash Pooling, Bank Accounts, Payments, Collections, Overdraft, and Liquidity) and E-banking Channels (e.g. Online Banking, SWIFT, and EBICS) to bring client base expansion, transaction flow, in come, deposits and settlement.
- Manage existing portfolio and marketing new clients to provide IT-driven solutions for all clients- issues to ensure the best possible client experience in Cash Management and E-Banking businesses.
- Be the product expert to work closely with teams from IT, operations, compliance, and account officers to ensure successful product test (e.g. user acceptance testing UAT), implementation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Data analysis and report of monitoring product usage, reliability, and performance by following key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously learn and develop innovation skills in industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to payment, cash management and E-banking.
- Bachelor degree or above, studies of Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, IT preferred
- Very good English and German skills, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in similar position preferred
- Good skills in all standard office tools
