Application Specialist D365

Camfil is hiring an Application Specialist D365 to support our complex and growing business and digital transformation processes with a focus on D365CE implementation.
This exciting and challenging role can be based in any European country where Camfil
has a legal entity. Proximity to our production sites would be a plus, although not a requirement as a substantial part of the work can be done remotely. Willingness and flexibility to travel are essential, as travelling to Camfil locations, mainly within Europe, will be required during the intensive implementation periods.

  • Driving implementation projects, in particular the introduction of D365CE modules in a number of international locations.
  • Supporting the digital transformation process.
  • Development and optimization of existing D365CE process solutions with a primary focus on the Sales module and dependencies with related modules, in particular customer journeys and field service.
  • Management and development of system support for the business together with the users, the IT team and our partners.
  • Initiating enhancements and improvements of the use of existing solutions, refinements of solutions and the implementation of new ones.
  • Leading and participation in testing.
  • Driving value creation and enhancing change management within our routines and processes, as well as collaboration with other regions within Camfil.
  • Planning and providing education and training in applications and supporting the business in other IT related needs.
  • Participation in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation

  • Technical school or university degree
  • Strong process knowledge and professional experience for at least minimum 4 years ideally in an international environment
  • Strong Service Process knowledge and professional experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Functional background with a history of delivering successful implementations of D365CE
  • Solid knowledge of design and implementation experience, D365CE Sales module and a real understanding of dependencies of the module with Customer Service and Customer Insights journeys.
  • Able to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive, able to identify improvement and optimization opportunities, comfortable taking the initiative.
  • Service-oriented, independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Fluent English, including the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently at all levels
  • Willingness to travel
