Support the PMO in a global Workday implementation by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and communication. Key tasks include managing schedules, tracking action items, supporting training activities, maintaining project data, and helping ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration. Gain hands-on experience in HR systems and global project delivery.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the global Workday implementation project
- Assist with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Help maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Coordinate between departments and ensure smooth information flow
- Support stakeholder communication and reporting activities
- Assist in monitoring project milestones and deliverables
- Support the preparation, logistics, and documentation of training sessions and workshops
- Help organize and track training activities for different user groups (e.g. HR, managers, employees)
- Assist with creating and maintaining training documentation and user guides
- Support data validation tasks and help prepare data reports for project tracking
- Help maintain data trackers and assist in reviewing key data quality aspects
- Gain insights into cloud-based HR system implementation and global project governance
- Studies in business administration, international management, business informatics, business psychology - preferably with a focus on HR and Digitalization - or a comparable field of study
- Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel and digital development
- Initial practical experience in HR Tech
- Enjoyment of Project Management, Digitalization and HR
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
- Good MS Office skills
- Proficient English skills, ideally German speaking
- Regular presence at our headquarter in Osnabrück (approximately 2-3 times a week)
