As a full-service provider of recycling services, it offers industry and trade services for the return of sales and transport packaging, product recycling, deposit return, innovative reusable transport packaging, as well as consulting and disposal services for locations, warehouses, and branches.
What is it about?
- Strategic Leadership & Delivery: Define and communicate your product vision, goals, and success metrics across teams; closely partner with designers and engineers to deliver valuable and feasible solutions; and take accountability for business results through data-driven decisions.
- Coaching & Team Development: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level Product Managers on techniques and processes, hold regular feedback and skill-building sessions, and actively support each PM's career growth.
- User Story Refinement & Backlog Management: Own the entire user story refinement process, ensure stories are well-defined and aligned to the product roadmap, and lead regular backlog grooming sessions to keep the team aligned.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main liaison across diverse teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Privacy teams), translate customer and market insights into clear requirements and go-to-market plans and build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders using data-driven influence.
- Market & User Insight: Champion deep user understanding through analytics and research, direct customer engagement, monitor industry trends and competitors and guide the team in running effective discovery experiments - hypothesis framing, prototyping, testing, and learning.
Profile:
- Education: You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience); an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: You bring 5+ years in Product Management or related roles on technology-powered products, with at least 3 years leading teams or senior strategic initiatives.
- Mentorship: You have a proven track record coaching or mentoring other Product Managers to success.
- Expertise: You show deep mastery of modern product discovery and delivery methodologies (e.g., dual-track agile, JTBD, story mapping).
- Problem-solving: You demonstrate exceptional ability to solve complex, multi-constraint problems; you have strong judgment and structured, data-driven communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management: You have demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners and executives, securing alignment and resources.
- Language: You speak fluent English and German is a plus.
