Support the conceptualization and execution of a tailor-made change management and change communication approach for the global SAP S/4HANA transformation

Interact and engage with key stakeholders across all hierarchy levels

Engage with the functional teams as well as segment representatives to identify and communicate success stories and benefits to a broader audience and for them to serve as change ambassadors

Identify and track change management KPIs via analytical tools to continuously improve and enhance change management & communication activities

Support preparing change management and communication materials related to FIT4 for corporate functions, such as corporate communications, CTO, and HR
-
Implement a provided social media strategy and continuously create relevant content – internally on the Intranet and employee communication platform and externally via LinkedIn

Create video scripts and create, cut & edit videos

Create all types of communication and marketing materials, such as newsletters, posters, roll-ups, goodies, etc.

Support the change management and communication hub leads in organizing events such as roadshows, fairs, etc.

Master's or comparable university degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields of study with a focus on change management, organizational development, and organizational communications

A basic knowledge of current change management and change theories as well as change communication formats

Ability to support change activities from creation, through assessment to implementation

Results-oriented, analytical, and organizational skills paired with a can-do attitude and personal resilience

First experience in transformation projects

Passion and creativity in finding solutions and learning about new methodologies and tools

A customer-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a passion for technical innovations

Strong MS Office and creative tool solution skills, e.g., Adobe Premiere or similar

Language Fluent in English and German, both written & spoken
