Define and lead a global Commercial Excellence roadmap that is scalable, adaptive, and aligned with the Bioprocess Unit strategy
Own the entire sales process landscape - including CRM workflows, lead-to-order cycles, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
Drive sales governance and ensure strategic alignment with our Go-to-Market approach for harmonized and data-driven decision-making
Develop training concepts and enablement tools to strengthen sales capabilities and ensure consistent execution across the organization
Lead reporting and performance management for sales KPIs, including order intake, pipeline, revenue and costs - and oversee forecasting processes across regions
Conduct competitive analysis and market monitoring to derive actionable insights and inform commercial strategy
Champion the integration of digital sales enablement tools, automation, and AI to support our transformation toward a more data-enabled, agile sales culture
Identify and mitigate commercial risks through proactive monitoring and scenario planning
You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales management or business administration, preferably in Life Science or B2B investment goods sector.
You have a proven track record in business impact, change management and continuous process improvement
You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insight
You are a strong communicator with excellent networking, stakeholder management and presentation skills
You are driven by results, open to change and bring a hands-on mindset to implementing commercial innovation
You speak English and German fluently, both written and spoken
You are confident using Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You have advanced skills in CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics or Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI)
