- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team through continuous feedback.
- Distribute efficiently and effectively work among team members.
- Be responsible for achieving out-of-hours coverage, rotation, and permission targets to ensure a sustainable workflow.
- Education: Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant working experience
- Proven understanding of warehouse operations, procedures and policies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Languages: fluent in German and intermediate level of English.
- Strong Excel skills and an excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite
