For our division Product Creation at our location in Köln we are looking for a
Footwear Developer PU/EVA (m/f/d)
- Lead the development of EVA and PU (Direct Injected) footwear from initial design to production readiness
- Manage all technical development phases including planning, prototyping, 3D construction, and mold making
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams and product line managers during product development
- Coordinate with material suppliers and oversee 3D design and mold manufacturing processes
- Work directly with internal and external partners for tooling and mold production
- Ensure all products meet quality and production standards for mass manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry, especially with EVA and PU injected shoes
- Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing methods, construction, materials, and mold-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- A curious, product-driven spirit with a passion for technical development and production innovation
- Proficient with data management tools (preferably SAP) and MS Office
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
