Senior PMO Lead – Global SAP S/4 Implementation Program (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Lead to join our SAP S/4 Implementation program. You should have a strong project management background and experience in SAP projects as well as expertise in agile and waterfall project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of PMO members, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery

  • Establish governance frameworks and define project standards

  • Facilitate critical meetings such as Steering Committees or Design/Change Approval Boards

  • Oversee operational tasks such as resource management, risk and issue management, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations

  • Partner closely with the Change, Communication and Training Team to ensure alignment and streamlined communication across stakeholders

  • Manage internal procurement processes and align closely with Program Controlling

  • Collaborate effectively in an environment involving external partners

  • Oversee project plan management, ensure adherence of timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met

  • Provide strategic PMO support and deliver high-quality management reporting


  • Several years of experience in project management or PMO, specifically in SAP projects

  • Project management and agile certifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

  • Experience in Jira, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Automate), Microsoft Office and Ariba
