PNO is the Nordic's largest trailer rental company. We are a family-owned company established in 1975 with our head office in Copenhagen, and with branches in Germany, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark & the Netherlands.
Now we're looking for an Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding our presence in Germany. You'll actively manage relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises, building lasting partnerships.

In this role your focus is on outbound sales development focusing on engaging small and mid sized customers across Germany. You'll play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Actively build and maintain a sales pipeline by prospecting through cold calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn and social media outreach, and other innovative methods.
- Qualify prospects, conduct thorough discovery calls, and effectively manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including delivering product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining clear visibility and reporting on your sales funnel and activities.
- Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with small and mid-sized business leaders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained customer satisfaction.
- Continuously provide feedback on market insights, customer preferences, and competitive developments to inform and refine sales strategies.
- Proven experience in a combined sales development and account executive roles.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas through proactive outreach and effective deal closure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with prospects and customers rapidly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to contribute proactively to a high-performing sales culture.
- Helpful to have experience in upselling, managing contract renewals, and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Comfortable with CRM tools and adept at leveraging digital channels for customer engagement.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
