- Design, develop, and maintain AI software solutions tailored to business needs
- Oversee and manage the supporting IT infrastructure required for AI applications
- Provide operational support for AI systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives
- Manage external development partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Completed (technical) university degree, ideally with an IT focus
- Strong background in AI software development, including experience with relevant frameworks and tools (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and cloud-based environments, especially Microsoft Azure
- Experience in managing AI operations and monitoring deployed models
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage external vendors or development partners
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
