For our Group-IT team, we are looking for a

(Junior) IT-Service Desk Analyst (m/f/d)

As part of our IT-Service Desk team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and support of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and network components, ad hoc and remotely for our employees across Europe.

Your goal is to ensure efficient, secure and trouble-free operation of local networks and computer systems by providing quality support to end users.


  • 1st-level-support (by phone, email, and on-site), i.e. system support for PCs, servers and workstations, including software patching and updates
  • Support for end devices (laptops, smartphones, printers, etc.) and networks including hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and infrastructure (LAN, VPN, wireless networks, etc.)
  • User management and IT administration (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Documentation of incidents, service requests, and solutions
  • Tracking the life cycle of hardware and software and cost-efficient maintenance of the IT inventory portfolio

Your collaboration in projects:

  • Participation in the further development of SharePoint solutions
  • Support in the implementation and further development of cyber security measures
  • Close cooperation with international colleagues within Group IT

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in IT service / 1st level support
  • Very good knowledge of German (native speaker) and very good knowledge of written and spoken English (group language) – additional languages are an asset
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, M365, SharePoint)
  • Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working
